Un plato con arroz lleno de sabor componen la tradicional paella a base de res, pollo, mariscos y verduras, solo que este 30 de marzo la experiencia culinaria tiene otro nivel, al sumarse los mejores paelleros de Sonora para cocinar uno de los iconos de la gastronom\u00eda espa\u00f1ola.<\/p>\n\n\n

Se trata del Festival de la Paella K\u00b4\u00e1ak K\u00b4uy\u00e9 que tendr\u00e1 lugar en Ciudad Obreg\u00f3n y donde se han confirmado 16 equipos que estar\u00e1n preparando paellas en diversas versiones para deleitar a los comensales, dio a conocer H\u00e9ctor Obreg\u00f3n, promotor y coordinador del evento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEste festival gastron\u00f3mico es adem\u00e1s un concurso donde competir\u00e1n los mejores paelleros del estado, quienes podr\u00e1n llevarse una bolsa de 20 mil pesos el mprimer lugar\u201d, explic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El evento tendr\u00e1 lugar en Club de Golf con un ambiente familiar, donde no solo se podr\u00e1 disfrutar de un fiesta para el paladar sino que a la vez, explic\u00f3, se respaldar\u00e1 a la fundaci\u00f3n “Manos que Suman”, que apoya a ni\u00f1os en situaci\u00f3n vulnerable.<\/p>\n\n\n

El festival dar\u00e1 inicio a las 12:00 horas y concluir\u00e1 a las 20:00 horas, espacio donde los asistentes podr\u00e1n disfrutar de las paellas pero tambi\u00e9n de actividades recreativas como loter\u00eda, bingo y juegos de destreza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As\u00ed como cata de vinos y disfrutar de la m\u00fasica Ruido Verde con su repertorio de Rock en Espa\u00f1ol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El  Festival de la Paella K\u00b4\u00e1ak K\u00b4uy\u00e9 contar\u00e1 con jueces para calificar los equipos paelleros entre ellos el chef Jorge Worley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por su parte  el chef urbano Jes\u00fas “Polo” Grijalva, mencion\u00f3, que muchos de los concursantes se van atrever a cocinar paellas muy diferentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
